These are the same as our Chilled Australian Black Angus Rib Eye steaks (~400g each) except they have been frozen so that you can store them in your freezer and still be excellent for consumption at a much later date. These are offered at a heavily discounted price for our Sale so that we can clear as much stock as possible.

The Rib Eye is arguably the most popular cut of all steaks and for good reason. The marbling is plentiful yet not excessive. The incredible flavour and natural tenderness of this steak makes it a safe bet for impressing even the most demanding meat lovers. You won't find such top quality chilled Angus beef at this value anywhere else.

It is not prevalent in Hong Kong yet but will soon be launched at a few select restaurants and hotels here too.
