Award winning Japanese wagyu brand using A5 grade. Incredibly flavourful and juicy Japanese Kumamoto A5 Wagyu Striploin Steak. Comparable to the Rib Eye, the Striploin is often seen as the slightly leaner alternative to the Rib Eye. However, it is a favourite of many in its own right due to its stronger meat flavour and its tenderness throughout. When done right, its characteristic white strip of fat gives it an extra succulent flavour. Weights listed are only approximate and may have a +/-10% variance (however, this usually means the item weighs a bit more than the listed weight).
