This is another popular way bone-in short ribs are cut and are typically seen at Korean barbecue restaurants. As such, they are certainly perfect for grilling but as with all beef short ribs, they are also excellent for braising, allowing marinades to absorb slowly but absolutely into the meat, making it very flavourful and tender after the slow cooking process.
Each pack has around 3 to 5 slices of these flanken cut US Premium Bone-in Short Ribs. There are three bones within each slice and each slice is approximately 1.3cm to 1.5cm thick.
