Premium Australian Oxtail ("~800g")

With all the beef flavour coming from the bones and marrow, this is the perfect cut of beef for soup, stews and braising. Although oxtails consist mostly of bone, the meat on it is nevertheless very delicious. We have cut these into 1.5 inch pieces. Weights listed are only approximate and may have a +/-10% variance (however, this usually means the item weighs a bit more than the listed weight). Currently, unless specified otherwise, all our meats, seafood and vegetable items come raw and frozen.
