These are perfect for braising, slow cooking or sous vide, as well as for barbecues! There are 4 to 6 blocks in a pack. Each block cut out has the approximate dimensions of 2" x 2" x 3". Weights listed are only approximate and may have a +/-10% variance (however, this usually means the item weighs a bit more than the listed weight).
