A traditional French cuisine, these confit duck legs have been poached long and slow in its own juices. Simply heat and serve. For best results, pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, remove duck from pack and place on a lined baking tray or dish, skin side up and bake for around 15 minutes.
