It’s quite a well known fact that children love drumsticks, partly because it’s so easy to pick up with your hands and start chewing away. Drumsticks are most commonly pan or oven cooked.

Chickens need to be cooled/chilled down before they are processed. Note that these chicken are air-chilled as opposed to water chilled. The air-chilled method helps inhibit the spread of bacteria by keeping all of the chickens independently placed during the air-chilling process. The air-chilled method also produces a better tasting chicken. With no water added, the air chilled method keeps the "real" chicken flavor and juices. No water is absorbed/retained, so you get the natural flavor of chicken.
Not only is organic free ranged chicken healthy because they are not injected with antibiotics or hormones, they are also very tasty and succulent! They are also low in fat and cholesterol. So what’s there not to love about them?
