Your participation in the Frequent Jetters Program shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Customers will automatically be a Member of the Frequent Jetters Program (“Jetter”) when they register an account with http://www.jettfoods.com. Once you become a Jetter, you can begin earning Frequent Jetter Points (“FJP”) to eventually redeem Frequent Jetter Tickets (“FJT”).
- FJPs are earned simply by purchasing on http://www.jettfoods.com . Jetters must be logged in to their account at http://www.jettfoods.com whilst purchasing and completing their order in order to be able to earn FJPs for that purchase amount. Every HKD1.00 spent on http://www.jettfoods.com (excluding shipping charges and fees) will earn 1 FJP.
- FJPs are valid for one year from the date the FJP was earned (eg. 1 FJP earned on 1st July, 2017 will be valid until 30th June, 2018 where on 1st July, 2018, that 1 FJP would have expired).
- A Jetter can check their FJP balance by logging in to their account and clicking into the Frequent Jetters Program tab.
- Jetters can redeem FJTs once they have accumulated a certain number of FJPs (see paragraphs 8 to 10 below). FJTs are effectively discount coupon codes which can be used on an order at http://www.jettfoods.com. There are three types of FJTs that Members can redeem, being the Silver FJT, the Gold FJT and the Platinum FJT.
- Silver FJTs can be applied to an order to take HKD100 off the order subtotal;
- Gold FJTs can be applied to an order to take HKD250 off the order subtotal; and
- Platinum FJTs can be applied to an order to take HKD500 off the order subtotal.
- The website’s minimum order policy of HKD200 still applies, that is, after a FJT is applied, the final order grand total still needs to be at least HKD200 in order for a customer to checkout and complete the order. For example, if an order grand total before a FJT is applied is HKD699 and after a Gold FJT is applied (i.e. HKD500 is deducted from the order subtotal), the final order grand total becomes HKD199 then the customer will not be able to checkout unless they order something further and add to their shopping cart to make the final order grand total HKD200 or more.
- FJTs cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or rewards program such as the Jett Foods’ Referral Program. Only one FJT can be used per order on http://www.jettfoods.com.
- 6000 FJPs will allow a Jetter to redeem 1 Silver FJT.
- 10,000 FJPs will allow a Jetter to redeem 1 Gold FJT.
- 15,000 FJPs will allow a Jetter to redeem 1 Platinum FJT.
- Once you have earned the required amount of FJPs for any one of the above FJTs described in paragraphs 8 to 10, there will be a button under the 'Frequent Jetter Ticket Earned' section of the Frequent Jetters Program page of your account that will allow you to redeem the relevant FJT. When you press this button, the FJT details with the FJT Code, will appear in a list under the 'Your Frequent Jetter Ticket Details' section of the Fequent Jetters Program page. To enjoy the FJTs you earn, you simply need to copy and paste the FJT Code into the 'Discount Codes' space (there will also be a dropdown list of suggested FJT Codes here) provided on the 'Shopping Cart' page (after you have added all the items you wish to purchase for a particular order) and press Apply. The relevant FJT discount reward will then be deducted from your order subtotal. Please ensure that you are logged in to your Jett Foods account when you apply the FJT Code in order for it to work properly.
- All three types of FJTs are valid for one year from the date of redemption of the FJT (eg. 1 Silver FJT redeemed on 1st July, 2017 will be valid for use until 30th June, 2018 where on 1st July, 2018, that 1 Silver FJT will no longer be valid for use) and each FJT is valid for one use only.
