The collar cut of pork is widely used in Chinese restaurants for barbecued pork and in Japanese restaurants for tonkatsu. High end restaurants would specifically use Duroc pork collar due to its superior tenderness and juiciness. Now you can try your own hand at cooking some tasty barbecued pork or tonkatsu at home with our Duroc pork collar. Alternatively, you can order them hotpot sliced for your next hotpot feast at home - check out the neighbouring virtual shelf on the Pork page for this!
No two pieces of meat are alike and there are no exact dimensions for a particular weight size. However, in order to give you a rough idea of the typical dimensions of the sizes we have on offer, please refer to the pictures on our left. From left to right, we have the 6oz and 8oz pork collar steaks placed side by side.
Weights listed are only approximate and may have a +/-10% variance (however, this usually means the item weighs a bit more than the listed weight).
