A qualified referral is defined as a person (the "Referee") who arrives at http://www.jettfoods.com (the “Website”) via another person's (the "Referrer") referral link ("Referral Link"), registers as a member of the Website and makes an order on the Website with a minimum value of HKD500.00 before discount on their first purchase with the Website. 

By using the Referrer’s Referral Link, the Referee also receives 5% discount on their first purchase on top of the 10% discount that they are already entitled to as a first time registered purchaser of the Website.

The Referrer and the Referee cannot be the same person with a different email address or members of the same household. The Referee cannot be a person that has already purchased on the Website prior to being sent the Referrer’s Referral Link.

If the Referrer provides the Referral Link to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends and family members. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion or referral of the Referral Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrer's account and deactivation of the Referral Link. No referral reward shall be payable in such event, and any credits residing in the Referrer's account, or awards redeemed by the Referrer, resulting from these prohibited activities shall immediately be forfeited. Jett Foods Asia Limited’s determination of what constitutes a prohibited activity under this paragraph shall be conclusive.

As soon as the Referee registers as a member of the Website and purchases the minimum amount of HKD500.00 before discount on the Website, the Referrer will receive HKD50.00 credited to their Jett Foods Account which can be used for purchases made through the Website. Note that no referral reward payments will be made unless the Referee purchases the minimum amount of HKD500.00 on their first purchase with the Website. 

The Referrer is entitled to accrue a maximum of HKD500.00 in referral rewards, from which no further referral rewards will be issued until the Referrer's referral rewards balance is once again below HKD500.00 . A maximum of HKD100.00 worth of referral rewards can be used per purchase. Purchases need to have a minimum total value of $300 (before discount) if referral rewards are used towards the order.  

No referral reward payments will be made unless the Referral Link is used. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion on the Website unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend your account and remove referrals should we notice any activity we determine as abuse of the Referral Program.

This referral program is for a limited time only. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Program or the eligibility of referral rewards will be resolved by Jett Foods Asia Limited at its sole discretion.
