Style: Red Wine
In thermo-regulated stainless steel tank to preserve the fruity flavours, from de-stemmed grapes. Extraction only at the beginning of maceration about 15 days. 100 % of this cuvée is aged on fine lees, in stainless steel tank for 6 months to make it supple.
Blending: 45 % Carignan, 35 % Grenache and 20 % Syrah
Appearance: A brilliant and ruby robe with purple tints.
Bouquet: The fresh and frank nose evokes red berries sauce, enhanced by notes of cocoa.
Palate: The palate seduces at first by the velvety character. And then the notes of small fruits are highlighted by a dynamic and well-balanced wine with a fresh and delicious final.
Pairing: To serve between 16 and 18°C. Easy pairing with simple Mediterranean recipes: grilled meat with herbs, salad with hot goat cheese, stuffed mushrooms, eggplant and sundried tomatoes, croustade of lamb. It also perfectly pairs with assorted delicatessen, ratatouille, tartiflette, cassoulet and young cheeses.
