This Premium Wild Caught Barramundi is sweet and very tasty. The gorgeous white flesh is firm and well-suited to a wide variety of cooking methods such as frying, steaming, broiling and baking. It is adaptable to a wide range of cuisines from Italian to Indian, Asian to French.
Although these Barramundi fillets are boneless, i.e. there are no pin bones, pieces that are nearer to the head may contain a few bones and thus, we advise all customers to nevertheless take care in checking for bones during preparation, cooking or consumption.
Weights listed are only approximate and may have a +/-10% variance (however, this usually means the item weighs a bit more than the listed weight).
